After multiple practical tests, air compressors using frequency conversion technology can achieve an average energy saving of about 25% under different operating conditions. This not only reduces the company's electricity expenses, but also extends the service life of the air compressor, as the number of motor starts and stops is reduced, and wear and tear is naturally reduced.
In addition, I have also paid attention to the field of air compressor waste heat recovery. The heat generated by the air compressor during operation is quite considerable, and if it is allowed to dissipate, it is really a waste. I am trying to equip some companies' air compressors with waste heat recovery devices to collect this heat and use it for heating the workshop or supplying hot water for employees' daily lives. This measure not only achieves the secondary utilization of energy, but also saves an additional amount of energy expenses for enterprises. In this process, I deeply realized that energy conservation of air compressors is not just a simple technical improvement, but a comprehensive system engineering that requires thinking and exploration from multiple perspectives.
